A new development near the intersection of 36/37 offers 240 breezeway-style apartments.

We acquired this current property in the booming Hamilton Road corridor in April of 2021 and we broke ground in early 2022 on 96 units of A class market rate luxury apartments. The units include one and two bedroom apartments as well as two bedroom townhomes.

Powell is a 62-unit high-end garden-style apartment complex located on Home Road and Steitz, adjacent to the library within Middlebury Crossing.
The site also features a retail center with high-end coffee and donuts, Johnson’s Ice Cream, and other amenities. The apartment complex itself includes two-story buildings, a fitness center, and pickleball facilities, all within walking distance to the nearby amenities. The name of the apartment complex is to be determined.
