Powell is a 62-unit high-end garden-style apartment complex located on Home Road and Steitz, adjacent to the library within Middlebury Crossing.
The site also features a retail center with high-end coffee and donuts, Johnson's Ice Cream, and other amenities. The apartment complex itself includes two-story buildings, a fitness center, and pickleball facilities, all within walking distance to the nearby amenities. The name of the apartment complex is to be determined.
Woodland Lake Apartments
A new development near the intersection of 36/37 offers 240 breezeway-style apartments.
Strategically located across from Tanger Outlets, it will be the first building encountered from the new exit being constructed by ODOT. The community features a state-of-the-art clubhouse with amenities such as a 24/7 fitness center, pool, game room, indoor package and mail handling, spa, business center, and pickleball facilities. This development was acquired as part of the larger Woodland Lakes area.

We acquired this current property in the booming Hamilton Road corridor in April of 2021 and we broke ground in early 2022 on 96 units of A class market rate luxury apartments. The units include one and two bedroom apartments as well as two bedroom townhomes.
